On November 27th you have the opportunity to run the half marathon or marathon distance on the original Formula 1 track. Extend your season and use your year’s training and fitness to run a new best time on the fast and officially measured course<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Please find all important information about your race in the race briefing<\/a>.<\/p>\n Here<\/a> you can find the announcement of the event<\/p>\n Collect race kilometers at the partner events Ring Running Series and the Hockenheimring-Lauf of the ASG Tria Hockenheim! The following races will be counted:<\/p>\n Attractive prizes will await the participants who have run the most kilometers in the context of the above-mentioned events. In 2022 there will be two editions of the Ring Running Series at the Hockenheimring.<\/p>\n March 19: Half Marathon<\/b> All participants who start in both races automatically take part in the “King of the Ring” or “Queen of the Ring” combination rankings: the fastest overall time will be awarded on November 27th!<\/p>\n The half marathon leads in 4 laps, the marathon in 9 laps along the nostalgic Grand Prix track of the Hockenheimring plus access from the start. You will pass all the highlights of the legendary race track like the Bernie Ecclestone curve, the hairpin bend and the south curve. The finish is on the original Formula 1 finish line!<\/p>\n The track is not only record-breaking in motorsport, because the continuously flat course<\/strong> with its long straights is fast and offers ideal conditions for new PBs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The half marathon start is on the Parabolika. A detailed graphic of the Grand Prix course including start and finish can be found here<\/a><\/p>\n You will receive a personal bib number for participation in the race. The bib number will also show you when your personal start time window will be. You can pick up your personal bib number on race day onsite. The opening times for bib number pick up will be Saturday, November 26 from 03:00pm – 05:00pm and Sunday, November 27 from 07:30am – 09:30am (Marathon) and 07:30am – 10:30am (Half Marathon).<\/p>\n The bib number serves as authorization to enter the area as well as the time measurement by the transponder integrated in the start number. Without a bib number there will be no admission to the area and no time measurement during the race! Always wear your bib number visibly on your chest during the race. The bib number must not be changed or bent. \nThe infrastructure at the Hockenheimring offers you a convenient procedure<\/strong> for your race: The site is located directly next to the A6 motorway and is located in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, a short distance from numerous cities such as Frankfurt am Main, Heidelberg or Stuttgart. Please view the map here<\/a>. You get free parking directly on the site, valuables can be stored in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot, sound system throughout the site so that you don’t miss any information and short walking distances from the parking lot to the start and finish area.
